How to Weigh

1.Push power switch from Off to On.

2.Pull out of the displaly. Put the scale on a horizontal level. If the scale is not on  the ho-

   rizontal level, weight will not be correct.

3.When person stand on the scale, it will display the person's weight directly, No more--

   tapping scale to turn on, Step on and get instant readings. (After the weight flashes 

   2 times, the screen will be locked automatically, automatic shutdown after 8 seconds.)

                                                                                                                                  

Care and attention

1.Place your scales on a hard, flat surface will ensure the greatest accuracy and repeatability.

2.Always weigh yourself on the same scales placed on the same floor surface. Uneven floors-

   may affect the readings. 

3.Always weigh yourself without clothing or footwear, and before meals. The first thing in the-

  morning is the best time. 

4.Clean your scale with a damp cloth but do not allow water to get inside the scales. Do not-

   use any chemical cleaning agents. 

5.Do not allow your scales to become saturated with water as this can damage the electronics
